With over 20 years combined experience in industries such as hospitality management, move management and customer service, Natalie and Greg joined forces as they identified a greater need for resident satisfaction and retention.
Our story
How it started
Founded in 2021 by Natalie Levkovitz and Gregory Knight, Equally Crafted Management (ECM) saw a need for a more streamlined way to facilitate tenant transitions in a way that way less stressful, more inclusive, and equitable for all parties involved.
Leveraging over 20 years of combined experience in hospitality, move management, and customer service. ECM was founded to improve the lives of residents, with a special focus on low-income households and communities.
Currently serving over 12K residents, including multi-family and senior housing, ECM collaborates with local vendors, non-profits, and community organizations to provide tailored, on-site services that meet the unique needs of each community and individual.
