Equally Crafted Management, better known as ECM was founded in 2021 by Natalie Levkovitz and Gregory Knight. With over 20 years combined experience in industries such as hospitality management, move management and customer service, Natalie and Greg joined forces as they identified a greater need for resident satisfaction and retention. ECM invests in the lives of the residents in efforts to make social and economic changes in majority low-income households. ECM’s currently services over 2,500 units, majority of which are low-income households. The resident populations vary from multi-family to senior specific housing facilities. ECM works alongside local vendors, non-profits and community organizations to provide onsite services based off of the specific needs and wants of each site.

Equally Crafted Management created a unique everchanging programing that customizes itself to the wants and the needs of the consumer. ECM serves as a resident concierge and liaison to all demographics, catering to their individuality. The resident service program is designed to improve the quality of life for residents both socially and economically. This, in turn, retains residents in an ever growing and competitive market. In addition, ECM specializes in Tenant Organization, to which the firm aids with local outreach and community formation for third party buyers and sellers. Equally Crafted’ s 12+ years move management experience includes managing and consulting tenant relocation for government funded and privately owned transactions. ECM assists with all aspects of the relocation including but not limited to, contracting a third-party moving company, supply distribution, notices, and onsite relocation management. ECM’s diverse portfolio and eclectic vision makes the firm a unique Lifestyle Improvement Brand.
