Tenant Organization

ECM’s beliefs is that a community is built from within and organizing rebalances power. Tenants organize to address immediate problems and create ongoing solutions. ECM works alongside tenants to assist in tenant organization for the greater good of a functioning democratic voice that represents the community as a whole. Equally Crafted Management, assists tenants with general information, formation and organizing TA and board meetings. ECM serves as a liaison to assist like-minded residents in joining forces for the greater good of the community.
