Resident Services

Equally Crafted Management (ECM), develops custom resident service programs for each site serviced. The widespread development of high-end, market rate housing over the past decade has driven up housing costs and resulted in extensive displacement for low-income residents and the services that support them. ECM’s goal is to maintain the availability of affordability, while improving upon the quality of the existing housing stock in the market. Through ECM’s Resident Services Coordinator Program (RSCP), overall individualized service coordination is created site-specifically. ECM partners with local nonprofit organizations to provide essential needs and services that the site’s residents desire and require. It is ECM’s goal to create a service delivery system that adapts to the changing needs and circumstances of the residents beginning at initial occupancy and throughout the life of the project.
