About Us
Equally Crafted Management, better known as ECM provides an array of services focused on residential lifestyle improvement. Equally Crafted centers itself on three specific areas of resident care including Resident Services, Tenant Organization and Relocation Management. Resident Services adds an additional layer of customer service and resident care. ECM serves as a resident concierge while working along side site management to provide services as owner liaisons.
The ECM Story
Equally Crafted Management, better known as ECM was founded in 2021 by Natalie Levkovitz and Gregory Knight. With over 20 years combined experience in industries such as hospitality management, move management and customer service, Natalie and Greg joined forces as they identified a greater need for resident satisfaction and retention. ECM invests in the lives of the residents in efforts to make social and economic changes in majority low-income households. ECM’s currently services over 2,500 units, majority of which are low-income households. The resident populations vary from multi-family to senior specific housing facilities. ECM works alongside local vendors, non-profits and community organizations to provide onsite services based off of the specific needs and wants of each site.
